Bathrooms are super clean. They have a gift shop as well. You can buy new gloves for $13 or use a free used ones outside of the registration office.
Honestly it was a surprise for me to experience the staff professionalism. They are super polite, patient and smiling at all times.
I was there yesterday for the second time. This place gives you and your friends an Amazing experience! Very challenging but fun at the same time. I would totally recommend this place for a 13+ Birthday party. The staff is absolutely helpful and super nice. Especially Shannon who yesterday went out of her way to help a kid through an obstacle. You can tell that she really likes her job and goes above and beyond for people that need help. She is so enthusiastic, friendly, energetic, and trustworthy. As the face of the company she did an outstanding job and should be rewarded for keeping everyone safe and helping them when they need help.
They give you 3 hours which is long enough to try two levels or more if you are a bit faster
Going there early is very important before it gets crowded.
The black level requires a monkey
No worries at all about safety because it's highly secured and safe. I think wearing a long sleeve shirt or t-shirt is good if it's first time because of the wires.
It was an awesome experience as a first time try and definitely am going back for the black level after I get ready for it physically.

If it's your first time there. Don't go extreme from the first try. They have different levels, easy to hardest, from yellow to green to blue to diamond black to commandos black. I started from Blue as I told myself that I am not a kid to start from the yellow level to turn later on finding kids are faster than me
Great place for walking in the trees. Lots of trails and courses. The only complaint is that if you get behind some slow people or a group of kids then it can take forever to get through a course and it is very hard to go back.
I was about to take my chances and jump from the platform to the ground. I knew I wouldn't die, just break and dislocate some critical bones. Then my son said he saw an "escape" two obstacles away.
It's a wonderful way to encourage and push yourself at the gym.
Great place really! They really prioritize safety and they have so many levels beginner to expert. The staff is 5 star. They are so kind and helpful. It is a little busy so it is good to have a reservation, but you don't need to. I had a reservation at 5:15 and I got there at 3, but they let me zip line, so they are flexible if they have space. REALLY loved it. Will come back.
Took my son here for his 10th birthday. We had SO much fun. Wish there was more opportunity to zip line. The green courses were great, but once we progressed to the blue I started to think "this sucks". My way of saying it's not easy.
